Amazing Show, bad experience!
I really feel like the people who worked at the venue should have properly checked tickets to ensure guests were seated in the correct row/area and in their assigned seats. Aggressive individuals were occupying our seats upon our arrival, and despite our attempts to resolve the situation, tension persisted throughout the show. Two people even attempted to stand in front of our seats as we had end seats with standing room available. I wish appropriate action had been taken to address these issues as we were unable to fully enjoy the show we had paid for. I was concerned that a conflict might erupt, potentially resulting in us missing the show entirely. The show was fantastic, but the experience was marred by these disturbances.
